Fifteen years working with organisations including Burberry, Royal Mail, The British Red Cross and ANNA Money, and startups finding their feet - most recently Snugg Energy, where my research and design work helped secure £2m in government funding.

A background in product design, user research, data and copywriting - with a particular soft spot for knotty problems and users who don't fit the mould. I'm at my best with the tricky problems - designing for unusual users, complex systems and logic challenges. I advocate for the optimal user journeys and ensure the wider management team understand the real organisational value.
